Faith Kimberling  B.A. English lit -Bucknell, University of Reading, England semester abroad, UMBC dance major post-grad, grad credits Dance Ed -SUNY Empire State/92ndY Dance Education Lab (DEL), Corvino ballet workshops in pedagogy and dance composition. Faith currently dances as a founding member with Las Danzas NYC and for Loretta Thomas/Moving Visions, & with Putnam County Dance Project. She has also recently performed as a featured guest artist and soloist performing Isadora Duncan repertory and new stagings with Dances We Dance and with Catherine Gallant. In 2023, Faith  danced in an evening length work created by Mark Bankin and  is currently collaborating with him on developing a German expressionist modern dance exercise curriculum from dance notation. She is also working with Raymundo Ruiz in reading the notations of Nadia Chilkovsky’s Isadora Duncan dance scores and co-presented a workshop with him at the ICKL 2025 conference. Faith danced with Lori Belilove & the Isadora Duncan Dance Company 2006-2021, White Wave:Young Soon Kim Dance Company 1997-2014, CEuleDance, Linda Diamond/Anna Sokolow, and others including many regional musical theater productions, dancing solo and ensemble roles in NYC, around the country and internationally in China, Korea, Inner Mongolia, Scotland, Greece, and Germany. Faith has taught company class, presented lecture demonstration performances about Isadora in public schools, choreographed, coached and taught Duncan to the Beliloveables and others and recently had the opportunity to perform as well as teach Duncan Master Classes, Contemporary, and  ballet at the Dance World Stuttgart Conventions 2024 and 2025. She teaches creative dance to underserved NYC public school kids as a Dance Teaching Artist with Mark DeGarmo Dance and teaches creative dance, Modern,  hip-hop, pre-ballet and ballet to ages 3-adult at the YMCA and at Bridge for Dance. Faith lives in Manhattan with her husband, two daughters, a cat and a schnoodle, and is a student of Laban Kinetography with Noëlle Simonet/Labkine online.
